課程概述

醫學資訊學是應用電腦科技以有效解決生物醫學資訊的儲存、擷取、共享等問題，也是研究醫學問題解決及決策分析的科學。醫學資訊學運用電腦強大運算與網路通訊功能發展診斷、治療、教學、文獻搜尋等應用系統。 

課程目標
 1.介紹電腦的基本知識與其在醫學上的應用，幫助醫學生在求學過程中使用電腦作為吸收新知、資訊管理與研究發展的重要工具。
2.介紹實證醫學理論及證據層級的判斷，幫助學生學習使用實證醫學網路資源來解決臨床問題。
3.探討各種醫學資訊的應用系統，分析政府衛生醫療資訊相關政策，並展望健康產業與醫學資訊之最新研究發展。。 
課程要求
 從課程中瞭解生物醫學資訊學之基本概念，並能加以融會貫通於健康照護產業應用。
